Does the pre-announcement of the dates create disillusions?
-Of course. The dates promised in the past have always shown themselves as absurd. If the expanding process were suffering from a lack, then it would be demagogy. It is a more honorable and much more respected thing to say that the public of the candidate countries are not capable to deport into Europe, and that this is a very complicated system for which we should be prepared. The expansion must be successful for our own interests, we have built the union for forty years and we do not have to put it in danger.
