Does the PowerOn Intervention count as a CDC program?

Yes and No. We are not a DEBI program, and thus not fundable by direct CDC grants (i.e the CDC has given your organization a direct grant for programming). However, we meet the IDI, IDG, Outreach and HCPI requirements for HE/RR grants. This means that if you have an HIV prevention grant, we qualify as a multi-level program that can meet also those types of HIV prevention programming.
