• Yes. However, it provides this bonus because of Minbari-style C&C technology. Thus, the +1 bonus is not cumulative with the built-in +1 bonus all Minbari ships use. Thus, a White Star under the command of a Poseidon would not benefit from the bonus, but a Drazi Sunhawk would.
