NO-Our Shelter is a small one and we do not have the resources available to offer this kind of service. We can, however, direct pet owners to low cost vet services in our area as well as refer new pet owners to professional veterinary care that may have special rates for those who choose to adopt a new pet from the Portsmouth Humane Society.
