Plumbing fixtures are positioned on the floor plans. Electrical outlets, ceiling lights fixtures, and switches are located on the floor plan. Sub-contractors will provide you with bids based on your selections of plumbing and lighting fixtures, and your brand of air/heat unit, information, all of which you can include on your specification form.
