Does the picture quality reduces when copy DVD to DVD-R?
When you copy DVD movies to DVD-R disk copying software compresses video to make it fit an ordinary DVD which is of twice smaller capacity. Any compression adds some distortions and such a DVD copy isn’t a 1:1 copy anymore.
