Does the philosophy of Market Greens follow any specific dietary plan?
No. Our classes are founded on the concept put forth by both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the American Medical Association that we all need to incorporate more fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy proteins into our diets. We strive to teach students to incorporate these types of quality ingredients through menus that dont compromise on flavor. We are, however, able to customize special-diet courses for you by request and occasionally offer diet-specific classes on our schedule.
