The information that was required to be included as part of a sensitive population and resource checklist has been incorporated into the requirements associated with the receptor evaluation pursuant to N.J.A.C 7:26E-1.15 – 1.19 as part of the Special adoption of the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites rule package available at: http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra.
