Does the person receiving the support payment get a new card every time a payment is made?

No. All future child support payments will be automatically deposited onto the first card received. If the card is ever lost or stolen, a new one can be requested from US Bank. Any new payments will automatically go to the new card along with any remaining available balances from the old card.
