Internet Phone Service to make and receive calls just as you would with your regular phone service* regardless of what type of phone service the person you are calling has. *Note: At this time ROAN Communications Inc. Internet Phone Service does not support incoming collect calls, and outgoing 976, 900, 10-10 dial around, or N11 calls.
