Does the Perfect Pushup equipment really work?
I think they work great. I’m a runner, so I need something simple to help strengthen the upper body a few times a week. They come with a month long training schedule. You just figure out your max and then follow the chart, very easy. You can get good results from plain old pushups, but the ability to dip your chest past your hands helps build the chest and shoulders, creating muscle separation, especially in the wide pushup stance.
