Please understand that The Peddler does not have the resources to investigate every individual or business who places an ad in our publication, nor can we determine the motives of advertisers. Occasionally a crooked or fraudulent advertiser is revealed to us. If we become aware of a potential risk to our readers, we discontinue the ad as soon as possible and take necessary action to investigate the advertiser. If you suspect illegal activity, fraud or misrepresentation involving any ads published, please contact the appropriate authorities.
