Does the Pavilion have heating or air conditioning?
The Pavilion hall area is heated during the wintertime, but this main hall area does not have air conditioning. The caterers’ area and bathrooms located within The Pavilion ARE air conditioned. The main hall area is an open-air facility in which doors can remain open for an event in the summer months. There are ceiling fans as well as an air circulation system. Does the Pavilion have a kitchen?… preferred Caterer? The Pavilion does have a caterer’s preparation area with countertops and a sink. There is no refrigerator or oven. The Pavilion at Pepper Plantation does not have a preferred caterer. Are there any regulations regarding decorations? Staples and tacks are NOT allowed in the Pavilion or anywhere on the premises. Tape and string are allowed but must be completely removed at the end of your event. Candles are allowed but require protective plates that prevent wax from ruining the area.
