On the weddings where there is an arch set up and etc. the Pastor/Officiant will be there several hours before the wedding to talk with you and get your marriage license before the wedding . On the weddings without the arch and etc. the Pastor/Officiant will be there 30 mins before the service to get the license and talk with you.
