Does the Parks and Recreation Commission operate all of the youth sports programs in Spartanburg County?
No. While the Parks and Recreation Commission does manage youth fall baseball and some Recreation Center based youth athletic programs, the majority of youth sports are administered by independent youth organizations. These organizations use Commission facilities but all revenues are managed by the Association.
