A – Yes, the OWCDP offers both technical and financial assistance for entities seeking to plan for and implement meaningful water conservation. The OWCDP administers the Water Conservation Planning Grant program, which provides monies to eligible entities for water conservation planning. The OWCDP has also developed a comprehensive planning tool to help. The Water Conservation Plan Development Guidance Document is filled with planning information, worksheets, and resources to support entities striving to create a complete water conservation plan.
