Does the outsourced marketing program include the installation and deployment of a CRM?
Yes. For all clients that purchase the PipeLINE Program service, we set up and configure your own custom CRM to provide visibility to you of our activities and enable us to effectively track and manage all lead and customer opportunity information. The scope of services for the CRM are clearly defined in our agreement. If you opt to use a CRM other than the one provided, this can be accomplished at an additional cost. How do you manage each service engagement? MasterMarketing’s treats each engagement separately and provides performance monitoring and service metrics for each client in accordance to mutually agreed upon metrics. Each client is assigned an engagement manager who provides oversight and administration for each client.
