Does the order in which forms are scanned matter?
No. TOPSpro itself does not have any requirement about order of scanning forms. Scanning a Test or Update with no identifying information available can create some confusion. It works logically to scan the forms in this order: • Entry • Name/Address (or use Batch Name Entry) • Test (pre) • Test (post) • Update Scanning in this order helps when making corrections. The Parent record is in place before Child records are created.
