Does the Orbis Calorama/Comfort View heater require a blower?
A – No! The unit is built in such a fashion that during operation, the heat is pushed out of the top of the front cover by venturi action. That is, the heat exchanger area, behind the front cover, compresses the super heated air forcing the rising stream of this air to jettison from the top through controlled openings. This heated air is sent to the opposite wall of the room. As it cools, it settles to the floor and is drawn back into the bottom of the front cover, completing the heating cycle.
