The OpenAir conduit intalled into HotSync Manager has been designed for the Windows operating system. Therefore, the application cannot be installed on a computer using the Mac OS. However, there are plans to develop a conduit for this platform in the near future. Contact support@openair.com for the latest news. Go back to Data Exchange FAQ Index The installation of the OpenAir for the Palm Computing Platform application is successful, but when I try to perform a HotSync operation to synchronize my account data, the HotSync operation freezes. What is going on? There is a Microsoft bug which causes the problem you describe. The problem is described on Microsoft’s Web site at this page: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q238/9/34.ASP We have a hotfix available on our OpenAir site, which you can download and run to correct the problem. You need to run this file, and when done, it will reboot your machine.
