Does the OIC share the personal information it receives?
The OIC may hire third party agents or subcontractors to perform certain functions on behalf of the OIC, such as web site hosting, processing of information, sending emails, analyzing data and removing repetitive information from client lists.The OIC only provides such third party agents or subcontractors with the personal information they require to deliver the service.All third party agents or subcontractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
