Does the OIC share the personal information it receives?
The OIC may hire third party agents or subcontractors to perform certain functions on behalf of the OIC, such as web site hosting, processing of information, sending emails, analyzing data and removing repetitive information from client lists.The OIC only provides such third party agents or subcontractors with the personal information they require to deliver the service.All third party agents or subcontractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. In addition, the OIC may disclose personal information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) satisfy any laws or regulations imposed upon the OIC or to comply with any governmental or legal requests for such information; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the OIC; (c) identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be in breach of the User Agreement; or (d) otherwise protec
