Does the NSPCC commission or fund external research?
• We fund a small number of research fellowships in universities and occasionally commission specific research projects from universities and research institutes or from survey research firms. We are not a research funding trust and all research we commission is part of our own research strategic plan. We are not able to fund unsolicited research proposals. We are always willing to help researchers who are seeking research grants from research councils or research trusts with advice and support for suitable proposals.
