This means the actual wage for the occupation is an amount equal to or above the stated hourly wage. Thus, some locations and occupations do not have specific wages listed in the Online Wage Library (OWL) that the NPWHC uses to determine prevailing wages. This includes some physicians, dentists, and Chief Executives.
