The terms of the Preferred Stock are similar to those of Common Stock, except that the Preferred has different dividend rights and no voting rights. FONAR’s Class A Non-Voting Preferred Stock has received four dividends of $0.62 per share. Although there is no public market for Class A Non-Voting Preferred Stock, at some point in the future it is possible that it will become publicly traded.
