Does the new Webmail work for customers using Internet Explorer 6 or previous versions?
No, Webmail will not work well for customers using Internet Explorer 6. If you are using Windows XP or newer, you can upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 here. If you are on Windows 2000 or older, you can either download a more up-to-date browser (we suggest Firefox, which can be download here or we can help you setup your email in a program on your computer. Please contact support for assistance with this. Changing settings and customizing Webmail Q: I noticed that Webmail automatically puts the cursor at the end of the email when replying to messages. Can I change this? Note: This has been fixed as of 9/14/2010. If the cursor is still automatically being placed at the bottom of the message, please contact support for assistance with this.
