The policy applies to all residential footing inspections that are performed by approved inspection agencies for One & Two-family Dwellings including attached decks, porches and additions. The policy does not apply to detached accessory structures such as garages and sheds.

The policy does not apply to detached accessory structures such as garages and sheds.
