Does the new ILDS change the way patrons or libraries place requests for materials?
No. Requesting is still done in the same ways—through online catalogs such as CARLI’s I-Share Voyager system, interlibrary loan systems, OCLC, fax, etc. Nothing has changed in how the request is placed or how the supplying library updates the status of items filling requests (e.g., how they charge, check out, or route items).
