Yes it does have a bait clicker, it is not mentioned on the website but I know the have one because I have 2 of these reels. The newer models have the tension clutch under the cranking handle the older models had it on the left side. The C4 series has a 6.3:1 gear ratio. This reel will do Ok with Jacks but I think you will need a 7000 for Tuna. The link below might give you some help. Good Luck.
