DOES THE NETWORK GIVE INFORMATION ON CLIENT OUTCOMES?
CRN is capable of giving individual service outcomes based on stated service objectives or an overall client outcome based on service utilization. Each organization involved in providing services for a client may enter an overall service objective along with major milestones, activities, or strategies. Case managers may view other service plans to prevent creating plans which are at cross-purpose. Case managers may also track a client s progress within another service by viewing milestone or activity completion. In many cases it is our goal to move client from dependence on the human service system. These clients have the functional capacity to become more self-reliant. In an inclusive network all service events or system utilization will be recorded and available for case planning.
