Yes. The availability and duration of internships are subject to annual funding and is not usually finalized until approximately April 15 of each year. Participants are assigned to Navy legal offices and perform the normal duties of a law clerk, receiving pay at the GS-6 or GS-7 level. Travel to the office for internship is a personal expense.
