First and foremost, disclose everything fully. Even if your recruiter tells you to stretch the truth, don’t comply. Be open and honest. It’s best for them to tell you NO now than for you to be partway into your enlistment and get dishonorably discharged for lying about a pre-existing condition. I am assuming you have been formally diagnosed since you are on RX, in which case you will likely need the full medical history from your doctor. OCD will most likely disqualify you from MOS’s that require secret clearance, but otherwise you may still be able to enlist. Just disclose everything, and speak to the doctor when you get to MEPS. Be aware that you may not be allowed to have medications with you at basic training unless you get cleared.
