Does the My Alli diet pill actually work?

You need to stick to a low-fat diet and exercise regularly while on Alli. I tried it for my wedding and it helped. You lose a little bit more weight than you would if you were just dieting and exercising. And that extra help really keeps you motivated. But you can’t just take the pill without lowering your fat intake (less than 10 grams of fat per meal). Trust me, I went out to eat for my birthday and had a really fatty dinner and it gave me a lot of gas and (this is gross) an orange oil along with my #2. So if you can diet, exercise and afford the pills, go for it! Buy yourself a scale that will track your weight loss for you and only weigh yourself once a week when you wake up after you’ve used the bathroom. Good luck!
