Does the MX250 integrate with existing Legacy PBX systems?

Yes. The MX250 can connect to Legacy PBX systems using T1 or E1 tie lines. The dial plan on both the MX250 and Legacy PBX can be configured to allow for internal calls between systems and external calls to the PSTN. See the figure below for two schemes that would work.
