Does the Motorola Surfboard SB5101 Cable Modem work with Comcast digital?
Motorola cable modem – 100% Satisfied Read the reviews and chose this cable modem. Received it promptly and was easy to install. Had Comcast cable TV and Internet installed and Motorola is the same brand they use. Worked right off the bat and no problems since. Works as expected Here’s what I expected when I bought this modem to replace the SB5100 I was renting from comcast: open box swap modem plug in call comcast and give them the MAC address internet works after 5 minutes What actually happened was comcast took a couple of hours to get to it, but the modem itself performed exactly as it should.
