Does the monthly service fee vary from year to year?
The monthly service fee reflects the cost of the goods and services provided to our residents by Riverview, thus it can vary somewhat from year to year as those costs (water, sewer etc.) fluctuate. The Village Board of Directors that approves all fee changes makes every effort to keep any increases to an absolute minimum, and some years there has been no increase at all.
