The MOM can make a backup of the information application while this is being executed. In particular, we have special agents for MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Lotus Notes and MySQL, allowing a backup of these applications while they are on line. With Volume Shadow Copy initiated from the MOM v5.0, we can backup other types of applications while online.
