Does the MOI provide my company with Additional Insured status on the insurance policy?
The terms of an insurance policy will determine the manner and extent to which a policy may provide Additional Insured status to a group, entity or individual not listed as a named insured on the policy. Such Additional Insured status is generally granted by an insurance carrier issuing a specific endorsement to the insurance policy.
