The mobile Pentium® III processor takes advantage of the P6 microarchitecture with features such as Internet Streaming SIMD Extensions, Intel® MMX™ Media Enhancement Technology, Dynamic Execution, Dual Independent Bus Architecture, and processor serial number. It also includes the new Advanced Transfer Cache with 512 KB on-die full-speed L2 cache, made possible by 0.13 micron manufacturing technology and enabling higher performance.
