This Board/Committee DOES NOT license corporations. Each individual must comply with the provisions of Section 73-1-19 of the Mississippi Code when establishing his/her practice in this State. HOWEVER, a foreign professional corporation MAY NOT transact business in this state until it obtains a Certificate of Authority from the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office.
