Does the microscope work on Microsoft Windows* 2000?
• A: If you bought the Intel® Play QX3+ Computer Microscope product, your software already includes support for Microsoft Windows* 2000. To verify, your CD-ROM should have the words “Windows 2000” printed on the CD-ROM label. • If your CD-ROM label does not have the words “Windows 2000”, then you do not have the Intel Play QX3+ Computer Microscope CD-ROM. Instead, you have an older version of the microscope CD-ROM that doesn’t support Windows 2000. • If you purchased the earlier product version (called the Intel Play QX3 Computer Microscope) or have an older version of the microscope CD-ROM that doesn’t support Windows 2000, a Software Update CD is available which adds Windows 2000 support.
