For association or linkage study analysis, collaborations can be arranged with staff from the Program in Genomics at Children’s Hospital Boston. Unfortunately, the Core does not have staff to support microarray gene expression analysis. Links to some recommended software packages can be found under the “Software” section of the Microarray Core Facility page on this site. For collaborations on microarray gene expression project analysis, please contact the Children’s Hospital Informatics Program.
