All our mattresses come with a 100% cotton zipper cover. It has a velour feel to it and it is also dust mite and allergen free. It has a non-skid bottom and zips 4-ways. The cover is not treated with any chemicals. top^ What is the difference between the 10″ and 12″ The 10″ mattress has 3″ of memory foam while the 12″ mattress has 5″ of memory foam. The more memory foam there is on a mattress, the more it will contour to the body. Therefore the 12″ mattress will contour to the body more than the 10″ mattress will.
