Yes, but you must first obtain a marriage license from Probate Court. The Probate Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. and is located on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex at 205 Putnam Street, Marietta, Ohio. If you have questions about a marriage license call the Probate Court Clerk at (740) 373-6623. After you have obtained the marriage license, contact the Clerk’s Office at (740) 373-4474 to schedule the ceremony.
