Yes. There are a lot of different cycles in the human reproductive system. Womens cycles are simpler and better known than mens. The most important mans cycle is the sperm activity period. At the moments when sperm activity peaks, the mobility (the ability to move easily and quickly) of the spermatozoa is increased dramatically (up to several tens of times).
