We have three programs specifically designed for members of visible minorities: • Career Gateway Program for Visible Minorities – designed to provide members of visible minorities with employment experience in the Manitoba government so they can successfully compete for positions within the civil service. • Technical/Engineering Training Project for Visible Minority Immigrants – designed to provide relevant work experience to visible minority immigrant engineering professionals so they can satisfy certification requirements within Manitoba, and potentially fill engineering technician, technology and professional engineering positions in the civil service. • Volunteers in Public Service Program for Visible Minorities and Immigrants – provides work experience for members of visible minorities and immigrants with work experience in a Canadian setting workplace.
