Does the Mandometer Clinic provide eating disorder support groups?
While patients are in treatment at our Clinic, they offer each other a great deal of support. However, when patients leave our eating disorder treatment center, most of the time they leave their eating disorder behind, and no longer want to participate in support group or a bulimia support group. However, former patients often keep in touch for years with friends they made at the Clinic, but happily the focus of their relationships tends to be about getting on with life, rather than focusing on their former problems.
