Does the man in the moon appear to have black eye?

I don’t think so but then again…… When I was a little girl, my dad and I would sit on the front porch and he would tell me about the ‘soldier’ in the moon. Mom always made fun of him saying that because she could not see what he would describe. The first time he ever told me, I could see it. When the moon is full, he would see a soldier’s head that faces to the right as you look at it. At the top it is as if you see the soldier’s brim of his dress hat which is dark, the face being white. Everytime I look at a full moon, I remember looking at it with my dad. Whenever he is gone one day, I will continue to do so. If you try to see the soldier, sometimes it you have to look at an angle but it is there. At least we see it. My mom never got to see what my dad sees, she never really tried and then she lost her eyesight at the age of 38, and so it goes.

The man in the moon need not worry. Black eye goes away after a while and the beauty in the world can be seen clearly again.
