Town (taxpayers) would pay 100% of the cost of operating a WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant). Town (taxpayers) would pay 100% of administration of WWMD and ATS monitoring. Cost of implementing a remote monitoring system is estimated at $150,000 to be shared by all taxpayers.
