No. Maxis provides no consistent way to determine whether a file is a roof or a skin; a house/lot or an object. As such, The Maid does the Wrong Thing when dealing with them. Using Sim File Maid to “install” houses/downtown lots/vacation lots or roofs voids your warranty and causes you to lose 2 Karma points. UPDATE: Sim File Maid 2, for The Sims 2, does.
