Does The Madison have an entrance or membership fee?
No. We only require a deposit of one month’s rent to be placed on our wait list. This deposit guarantees the prospective guest the next available room according to their position on the list. Up to 30 days before move in, a prospective guest may ask to remove their name from the wait list and a full refund is allowed. Less than 30 days notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.
